Your Portable Space Solution
We currently service the greater Auckland Area, the North Waikato and much of the Coromandel Peninsula. Please contact us to check if we cover your specific address.
A 3.0m-wide driveway for access is preferred, but we can work with you to determine an alternative access method. The cabins are wider than a caravan or a boat, so it is essential to check that there is sufficient space. If we can’t tow the cabin into place, we can organise a hiab to lift it over fences, roofs etc, However, this is a costly job, so we prefer to keep the cost down for our customers as much as possible.
A clear space around and above the cabin is needed to manoeuvre it into position. A clearance of 3.5 meters in height from trees, power lines, overhanging building soffits, and other obstructions is necessary. This will be discussed in detail before delivery.
Generally, the answer is no. Our cabins come on trailers with wheels, and you should not need any consent. They are registered as caravans, so they are not considered a permanent structure. However, it is your responsibility to check with your local authority if you are unsure.
We build them on trailers for a few reasons: flexibility in moving the cabin, if you need to relocate to another location, and also allowing us to bypass resource consent regulations.

Once you know what size cabin you require, you can Apply Now and fill out the form. You will need your full name, delivery address, phone number and driver’s license details.
We will process your application, check cabin availability, and assess your site using Google Maps to ensure we can access the property with our delivery vehicle. We’ll then get in touch with you to arrange delivery.
Safety is our utmost priority. Our cabins are equipped with an electrical compliance certificate issued by certified electricians. We make it simple for you. We provide a 15m-20m long lead that plugs into a standard household power point. The other end is similar to one used by a caravan, going into the cabin.
The driver will arrive towing the cabin behind one of our Utes. We will find a suitable location to position the cabin on your site. The cabin can be placed on concrete, gravel, or hard ground. We can place the cabin on slight sloping ground, but not steep hills or drop-offs.
The driver will then level and stabilise the cabin, attach/set up the deck and steps. They will plug the power into the cabin and show you how to connect it to your property. The drawbar is also removed to provide you with more space.
If you are renting an Ensuite Cabin, the driver will connect the fresh water pipes and waste water. (You will need to order your own gas bottles.)
We do not provide furniture; however, the cabins are carpeted and feature neutral-toned paint. They also have curtain rails, but curtains are not supplied.
Cabins are equipped with smoke detectors.
Our ensuite cabins feature a wardrobe with drawers, a breakfast bar area with storage cupboards, and a microwave shelf.
A full-size shower, basin and flushable toilet in the bathroom. Our Ensuite cabins are also fitted with an aircon/heat pump.
Unfortunately, our insurance requires one of our qualified team members to deliver and pick up the cabins; for safety reasons, customers are not permitted to tow the cabins themselves.
Yes, make sure there is clear access to the site where the cabin will be delivered. Remove any rubbish bins and cars that may block turning areas. Ensure there is sufficient clearance of 3.5 metres overhanging trees or obstacles that may obstruct access. A near level site is best.
